Hill update: Thompson leads House Democrats on new DHS reform bill; Sen. Peters raps Trump on vaccine security

House Homeland Security Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-MS) has introduced a Department of Homeland Security reform bill that would limit the use of “acting” officials, in a proposal focused on how DHS was deployed to quell protests this year but particularly pertinent given the dismissal of CISA Director Christopher Krebs.
