HHS talks on cybersecurity standards focus on small healthcare providers

The Department of Health and Human Services held two days of meetings with healthcare industry officials on cybersecurity standards that concluded on Tuesday with an emerging consensus that the upcoming guidelines should be focused on small providers who might be most vulnerable to cyber attacks, according to sources who attended the meetings.
