HHS response office tasked with clarifying cybersecurity roles in wake of HCCIC controversy

A new law enacted in June requires the Department of Health and Human Service's office of preparedness and response to develop a cybersecurity strategy that clarifies roles and responsibilities within the department and for interacting with private industry by the end of next year, a requirement that comes in the wake of HHS' controversial restructuring of its cyber-threat warning center.
