Hathaway: Look beyond China in making tough decisions on ICT supply-chain security

Securing the information and communications technology supply chain requires pulling disparate policy strings together into a comprehensive strategy and making tough decisions on fostering “trusted supply lines,” according to cyber strategist and former presidential advisor Melissa Hathaway.
