Hack of border-crossing images stokes third-party cybersecurity worries

The revelation this week that a subcontractor for DHS' Customs and Border Protection agency was breached -- exposing photos of travelers and their license plates -- highlights the challenges faced by government and the private sector alike in managing third-party and supply-chain cybersecurity risks.
