Graham, Klobuchar file amendment to defense bill addressing election cybersecurity

Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) have introduced an amendment to the fiscal 2018 National Defense Authorization Act directing the Election Assistance Commission to develop and help states implement voluntary best practices for securing election systems and voter data from cybersecurity threats.
