GOP leaders on Energy and Commerce panel probe wireless carriers' data security policies

Top Republicans on the House Energy and Commerce Committee are joining the panel's new Democratic chairman in efforts to hold wireless telecommunication carriers accountable for potential failures in protecting their consumers' real-time location data via relationships with third parties.
