Former CISO Touhill urges Pentagon to adopt use of DHS' CDM threat-detection system

Former Federal Chief Information Security Officer Gregory Touhill says the Pentagon should adopt use of the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation program managed by the Department of Homeland Security for identifying cyber threats to government systems, as a way for the military to leverage what's working for civilian agencies.
