Former CISA chief Krebs sees possible sophisticated threats to election systems in response to Ukraine war

Former CISA chief Chris Krebs provided an overview of the threat landscape for the 2024 elections, efforts to prepare and steps underway to boost resilience.

“As I think about the threat landscape for 2024, the hair on the back of my neck stands up because we have a different set of actors with a different set of motivations and it’s much more than just foreign threats,” Krebs said today at a Washington Post event.
