FERC releases white paper on incentives for utility cyber investments

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has released a white paper exploring how the agency could develop an incentive program for utility companies to voluntarily go beyond the mandatory cybersecurity reliability standards scheduled to take effect later this year.
