Federal judge dismisses most of SEC lawsuit over SolarWinds cyber practices

A federal judge in the Southern District of New York has dismissed claims filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission in a lawsuit over the cybersecurity practices of SolarWinds before and after a 2020 hack that impacted a wide range of stakeholders in government and industry.
