Federal advisory group to launch work on Internet of Things adoption report to Congress

The National Institute of Standards and Technology is in the process of setting up a federal advisory committee that will craft recommendations on how the government can encourage adoption of Internet of Things devices, according to agency official Katerina Megas, who provided an update at a recent conference.
