FCC will accept comments for 90 days on proposal to transfer ISP data authority to FTC

The Federal Communications Commission will receive public comments for 90 days on a proposed rulemaking replacing the Obama era net-neutrality order and transferring oversight of internet service provider consumer data security and privacy to the Federal Trade Commission.
