FCC to vote on standardized ‘baseline’ questions for use in foreign telecom ownership reviews

The Federal Communications Commission will vote on a second report and order to standardize the question process for its interagency reviews of telecom companies with foreign ownership that want to enter the U.S. market, at the FCC September meeting.
