FCC vote on repealing net-neutrality order will trigger major fight on regulating data security

The Federal Communications Commission is expected today to vote along party lines to approve an order that would repeal Obama-era rules for open access to the internet, setting up a major legal battle that could redefine the federal government's role in regulating consumer data privacy and security.
