FCC sets December deadline to provide feedback on cyber incident reporting rule for emergency alert systems

The Federal Communications Commission is asking for feedback on a proposed rule that would require emergency alert system participants to report cyber incidents impacting their equipment and services, with a 30-day deadline for stakeholders to submit comments.
