FCC seeks comments on ‘covered equipment and services’ under rip-and-replace program

The Federal Communications Commission has released a notice asking for comments on next steps to implement a law that mandates a rip-and-replace program for equipment and services from Chinese companies Huawei and ZTE that are deployed on U.S. telecom systems.
