FCC finalizes rules for Internet of Things cyber labeling program, delays certain aspects under information collection

The Federal Communications Commission has published final rules to go into effect on Aug. 29 to establish an eagerly awaited cyber labeling program for Internet of Things devices, while delaying aspects around applications and certifications as work continues to put the necessary mechanisms in place.
