FCC chief Rosenworcel plans for July vote on final rip-and-replace rulemaking

FCC Acting Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel says the commission in July will consider the final rulemaking to implement regulations for its rip-and-replace program for Huawei and ZTE equipment.

The Federal Communications Commission started work to establish its Huawei reimbursement program in November 2019 and has approved two rulemakings since then to establish the program and set its parameters.
