FCC calls for circuit decision on internet rules, arguing net-neutrality repeal will not resolve dispute

The Federal Communications Commission argues that its regulatory plan for withdrawing the net-neutrality order would not resolve a pending legal dispute over the government's role in regulating the internet, and is urging a circuit appeals court to overturn an earlier ruling by adopting a narrow approach to establishing regulatory exclusions.
