FCC approves third proposed rulemaking for Huawei rip-and-replace program

The Federal Communications Commission has unanimously approved a notice of proposed rulemaking to reconcile its ongoing proceeding to establish a rip-and-replace program for Huawei and ZTE equipment with additional policy guidance provided in the recent omnibus appropriations act.
