FCC approves order establishing questions for interagency foreign ownership reviews of telecom providers

The Federal Communications Commission has approved an order to standardize questions for telecom providers under foreign ownership who want enter the U.S. market, and to provide “greater regulatory certainty” and transparency to the interagency process for reviewing applications.
