FCC approves Huawei final rule to ban to all U.S. equipment authorizations, delays decision on cyber incentives proposal

The Federal Communications Commission has approved a final order to ban Huawei and ZTE from operating in the United States, expanding equipment authorization exclusions originally aimed at rural telecoms that receive public funding, while delaying making a final decision on a cyber incentives proposal to boost best practices.
