FCC adds Kaspersky, two Chinese telecoms to covered list for rip-and-replace program

The Federal Communications Commission is expanding the number of untrustworthy vendors that Universal Service Fund recipients must strip from their networks, adding three new companies to the rip-and-replace program where rural telecoms can ask for reimbursement to recoup the cost of removal for certain equipment and services.
