FASC can be used to centralize supply chain initiatives under Biden-Harris administration, tech group says

The Federal Acquisition Security Council should be the focal point of supply chain initiatives throughout government, according to the Information Technology Industry Council, which argues for the council to take a central role under the incoming Biden-Harris administration.
