Expectations rise for long-awaited release of administration's botnet report

The Trump administration appears poised to release its report on combating botnets on Wednesday, according to a variety of private-sector sources, who expect the document to set the stage for a new government-industry collaboration on the issue.

The White House today declined to confirm or deny any timing for the release. But industry groups supported development of the report and have been eager for its release.
