DOT seeks input on cybersecurity of autonomous vehicles as Congress moves to get AV bill across finish line

The Department of Transportation is seeking comment on proposed updates to its autonomous vehicle guidelines -- which include cybersecurity -- as Congress works to get self-driving car legislation mandating that automakers publish cybersecurity plans for AVs passed by the end of the year.
