DNI Coats warns of cascading cyber effects as adversaries Russia, China coordinate threats

NATIONAL HARBOR, MD. Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats today listed cybersecurity as a top national security concern, stressing the cascading effects of a potential attack because of the increasingly interconnected economy and citing increased cooperation between Russia and China, two known cyber aggressors.
