DHS Secretary Kelly says program to secure federal networks is moving too slowly

Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly told Senate lawmakers that the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation program for securing federal agencies from cyber threats is rolling out to agencies too slowly, underscoring that the department is making CDM a priority as it implements President Trump’s recently issued cybersecurity executive order.
