DHS' Manfra says leadership changes will have 'no impact' on CISA operations

The recent changes in leadership at the Department of Homeland Security are having “no impact” on operations of DHS' Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, a senior official said Wednesday, as a key House Democrat expressed frustration at the “dismantling of DHS leadership.”
