DHS adds artificial intelligence subcommittee to Homeland Security Advisory Council

A new subcommittee on artificial intelligence is among the additions to the Homeland Security Advisory Council, according to a Department of Homeland Security “notice of new taskings” in the Federal Register.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas in the notice published today tasked the HSAC with establishing six subcommittees, including two on artificial intelligence.
