Details of CISA organization sketched out in fiscal 2020 DHS budget proposal

About three percent of the Department of Homeland Security's overall funding would go to the new Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency under the Trump administration's fiscal 2020 budget proposal, according to a DHS brief released Monday night.

In her 2019 “State of the Homeland Address” on Monday, Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said she is now “more worried about the ability of bad guys to hijack our networks than their ability to hijack our flights.”
