Cyberspace Solarium leader says private sector's under-investment in security is biggest challenge
NEW YORK CITY. Leaders of the “Moonshot” initiative and the congressional Cyberspace Solarium Commission are struggling with how to secure the appropriate levels of investment -- and commitments to security -- necessary from both government and the private companies controlling the vast majority of critical infrastructure, they said, and are turning instead to politically low-hanging fruit like public education.
