Cyberspace Solarium commissioner: Recommendations coming next spring for strategy 'short of war'

Suzanne Spaulding, the former DHS undersecretary responsible for cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection, is pushing for the congressionally mandated Cyberspace Solarium to establish a process for resolving tensions between its three task forces in recommendations she said are now expected in the spring of 2020.
