Cyberspace Solarium Commission calls for strengthening CISA, greater White House cyber leadership

The Cyberspace Solarium Commission is recommending a three “layered cyber deterrence” strategy that would position federal agencies to respond to and prevent cyber attacks, through measures that include empowering the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency “with clear authorities to realize its full potential.”
