Cyber personnel: Swalwell named top Democrat on House Homeland Security cyber panel; Langevin joins FDD board

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) has been tapped to serve as ranking member of the House Homeland Security cyber subcommittee as full committee ranking member Bennie Thompson (D-MS) filled out Democratic leadership spots for the 118^th Congress.

Swalwell has worked on a variety of cyber issues in recent years and helped add an industrial control system cyber training amendment to the fiscal 2023 National Defense Authorization Act.
