Cyber to-do list is still lengthy as Congress readies for pivotal stretch

Major cybersecurity legislation stalled on Capitol Hill over the past two months -- from DHS reauthorization to bills on election security and consumer data breaches -- although lawmakers did advance initiatives on cyber risks associated with foreign companies before departing for the week-long Memorial Day recess.
