Cyber committee line-ups, agendas finally taking shape for 117th Congress

The Senate has put Alejandro Mayorkas in place as Homeland Security secretary and is moving toward a vote on Gina Raimondo to lead the Commerce Department, while congressional homeland security panels fill out their rosters and begin setting agendas on cybersecurity and other issues.
