CSRIC proposal seen as basis for cyber commission recommendation on confidential meetings

A telecommunications sector proposal on confidential meetings between industry and regulators on cybersecurity -- endorsed last year by the Federal Communications Commission -- is seen as the basis for a presidential commission's policy recommendations for similar meetings across all industry sectors.
