Corporate leaders, industry groups pledge support for international cyber standards

Thirty-seven major companies and organizations have signed onto a pledge to increase cyber resilience by implementing the NIST cybersecurity framework and other international standards.

The document, the “Cyber Risk Management Pledge,” says the signatories agree that dealing with cyber threats like ransomware requires the implementation of risk-based, international approaches to cybersecurity.
