Coordination still seen as missing ingredient across broad array of cyber policy issues

A GAO report on the State Department’s cyber reorganization efforts and the push to create a National Cyber Director post through the pending annual defense policy bill each reflect enduring, bipartisan concern on Capitol Hill that cybersecurity policy requires still more coordination and promotion at the highest levels of government.
