Congressional source: Shutdown sends home half of DHS cyber agency

At least half of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency staff has been furloughed by the partial government shutdown now in its third week, according to a congressional source, who cited a negative impact on activities including risk management collaborations with industry.
