Commissioner Rosenworcel: Unwise to omit FCC from decision-making body in supply-chain security initiative

A Democratic Federal Communications Commission member says the FCC is out of the decision-making loop in crafting a strategy for securing the information and communications technology supply chain, and calls this especially problematic in the development of next-generation -- 5G -- networks.
