Commerce officials still mulling procedural steps for implementing Trump supply-chain order

Commerce Department officials crafting rules required by President Trump’s order banning the purchase of information and communications technology from foreign adversaries still don’t know what mechanism they’ll use to issue the rules or how public comment will be facilitated, although they did offer some insight into what the rules will address at an event Wednesday.
