Commerce official: Guidance coming on cyber concerns related to Huawei's Entity List status

With an exception set to expire Tuesday that allows the cybersecurity community to share information with Chinese telecom Huawei, a Commerce Department official said the Bureau of Industry and Security is working to address concerns and hopes to issue “additional guidance” on export control regulations within the next two weeks.
