Commerce Dept. releases proposed ICT supply-chain security rule

The Commerce Department today released for comment a new proposed rule that establishes a case-by-case process for evaluating and perhaps prohibiting transactions that pose a cybersecurity risk to the U.S. information and communications technology supply chain.
