Commerce Dept. issues new subpoena for ‘Chinese company,’ to aid in review of ICTS foreign transactions

The Commerce Department has issued a new subpoena to an unidentified “Chinese company” as part of its information and communications technology and services rulemaking to review foreign supply chain transactions.
