Comey, in final days as FBI director, laid out five-step cyber strategy

Former FBI Director James Comey described the bureau's approach to cybersecurity as a “five part strategy,” which includes deterring future attacks while building up a cyber workforce and promoting a cultural shift to treat companies that have been breached as victims, according to two speeches he gave weeks before being fired but released by the bureau in the past few days.
