CMMC accreditation body to release details on provisional program, with guidance from the Pentagon on specific contracts

Contractors are going to get more information in the coming weeks on what the Pentagon’s cybersecurity certification program’s initial provisional solicitations will look like, according to accreditation body chairman Ty Schieber.

On Monday, the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body opened up the application process for certified third-party assessment organizations, individual assessors and non-certified consulting organizations, providing information for the first time publicly on the fees for each certification.
