CMMC accreditation body to hold trainings for additional assessors, recruit staff

The accreditation body behind the Pentagon’s cyber certification program will conduct training sessions to expand the number of provisional assessors who can do audits, in response to the expected demand from companies that want to become certified to compete for contracts.

The trainings are scheduled for March 19-21 and March 29-April 2, according to Karlton Johnson, chairman of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body.
